            Hi again all
Thanks so much for reading and commenting. I'll reply properly to everyone when I'm on my computer tomorrow as I can't easily switch between comments and replying on my phone. Must sleep now or I won't be getting to work tomorrow. Oh to be a teacher (before I'm shouted at I realise it's not really a week off with nothing to do!) (before I'm shouted at I realise it's not really a week off with nothing to do!)
Ah....must just mention that apart from a bit of shopping for the weeks lunches and tea veg (£12) it was a low SD as my DB bought sandwiches for lunch and our lovely friends bought tea as we're house sitting next week.
 Sundays are great!

Having a really rubbish week. Feeling ropey, work is very tough and have a 13hr day today. Could do with a week off! Have been cheating on my diet (buying lunch on 2 days) so weight loss and money saving are suffering too. Think it's a vicious circle due to being so tired!
Must do better and stop being so miserable!
Hope everyone else is okay xDebt remaining:

Sometimes all you can do is wallow. Just do it but while doing it, make a to do list and set a time to start it. I know how you feel as I used to do the same myself. Also, after such a long shift or a rubbish day you just think "I deserve this pizza/ready meal/chocolate dessert" etc. Chin up, you're on the downward slop to the weekend (I hope you don't work weekends)0

I second the time to wallow option. It's not ideal but if it's all you can do to get by then let it happen and remember you'll be out the other side soon. Sending hugsMortgage Outstanding Nov '16 £142,772.75Mortgage Additional OPs 2017 Target £4522.80/ Actual £865.00GC Feb 0/£2000

Thanks again guys for all your lovely comments, and excellent suggestions. You are wise, kind and amazing as always!!!
I think I'm feeling a bit better; I know I'm tired and sore, I know things are a little pressured atm, and I'm still making relatively poor choices, but I'm less 'miserable' today which makes a lot of difference, and haven't put myself too far off track. I'm looking forward to my paydays, and will get cracking with the overpayments asap I should get paid from 3 separate jobs this month, and possibly 4 as the university marking I do can be paid randomly at any time it seems..... I should get paid from 3 separate jobs this month, and possibly 4 as the university marking I do can be paid randomly at any time it seems.....
I'll share the delicious details as it happens.
Have to shoot back out now to my slimming group. It's going to be baaaadddd..........
