The OP should read the Computer misuse act. It's not very good legislation (hurriedly introduced, badly worded) but would seem to be applicable here.

Dopey me! The app was a joke app i did wonder why he stopped for kwek kwek in manila. Talk about moneysavingexpert this site just saved me spending £1.99 on the premium version of the app :money:
