  • They have told you "straight". As you told us in the original post.

Why do you think the company should extend you credit facilities again when they have written off interest payments to enable you to pay off what you already owe?

You need to understand that you are no longer credit worthy as far as this company is concerned. You'll probably experience difficulty getting credit elsewhere too, as there will be a marker on your credit file.

    Exactly.
You may feel this is not "fair", but there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Even if you were to pay everything you owe and return your balance to zero, you'd still be unlikely to be offered new credit facilities..

They have not told me straight, They told me if i start paying more each month to 'show Them' I can manage bigger payments my credit account can go back to normal but it hasn't even though I've made 12 months of consistent payments. I'm still Paying interest in my other accounts with them, it's only one account that's interest free. I accept if they want to close my accounts but they should tell me this instead of giving me wrong information
  • They have not told me straight,
    They have.

    As have I.

They have treated you very fairly, but you can't expect credit facilities to be extended to you when you are receiving measures to alleviate financial hardship.

If you want advice about how to repair your credit rating, you should post on the Debt Free Wannabe forum of this website, just as I told you in post #2 of this thread.
