Updating Sat Nav

Is it requesting a map or software update ? I would expect a software update to be done at the dealer in the same way as the engine management often gets an update. Software updates are free of charge anyway and are downloaded in the same way as map updates. Browsing forums someone mentioned map updates at around £25 - £30, they didn't mention exactly which map but I would assume EU. There is a half price offer on at the moment until end Oct.

The firmware updates are free via the site above. You can do them yourself.

The Suzuki Swift owners forum may be a good place to ask for help or advice. There are surely other owners who have had to deal with this.
