T-Mobile do an 'unlimited' service for £29 a month on their Web'n'walk Plus tariff. You get a USB modem that you can plug into your laptop or desktop. It is capable of speeds of upto 1.8Mbps.
For the £29 per month plan there is a 3GB usage limit and the £44 per month is 10GB usage limit.0
