  • Your right it is and I know that I can do it. I just need to get my head into gear and actually believe I can do it!

The strawberries are very nice by the way. I figure that snacking on good foods will mean that I don't feel hungry and I wont want to eat bad food.

    afternoon!

Well I have just had a very big lunch (loads of salad, chargrilled Chicken followed by sticky toffee muller yogurt) But it was all on the diet :T See I can do it when I want to.

So for this afternoon I still have some banana's and some more chicken to munch on.

I've got loads of stuff to make nice slimming world desserts which I am going to have a go at tonight, but feeling good about it.

Hope everyone else if having a good day x

Sounds like a good idea. A couple of the WW meals are free or low syn on SW and are always handy for meals in a rush (but only if they are on offer, can be expensive normally)

I'm very jealous about the 5 lbs by the way, that is amazing weight loss.

Oh crap, I have been bad...so early in the challenge as well.. :o

Hubby 'forced' me to eat chips at lunchtime, and I haven't done any exercise at all because he has done both school runs. AND I'm going out tonight, so I will have alcohol calories to content with. I'm going to have to dance around like a lunatic to burn them all off!!

Dancing sounds like so much fun! I've not had a proper boogie in ages... Anyway naughty once in a while doesn't hurt, try and be good during the rest of the week.
