It's an odd website isn't it. You would have thought that if someone was waiting to enforce it, the computer would be sending them a list of untaxed vehicles automatically.0 -
Slightly of topic but...
After watching that I watched some more you tube road rage cams and I love the one where an angry motorist was telling a motorcyclist to take his helmet of so he could hit him in the face lol0 -
Although I hope she gets what she deserves (there is really no need for that behaviour), there were a couple of places he could have pulled over, to let her pass, especially the point after the first confrontation. It would have de-escalated an already tense situation.0

My first rule of road cycling in the capital is that it's bl**dy dangerous to act like a normal vehicle.
There's certainly no way I would stop in a narrow one way street with a car behind, regardless of their behaviour. If I thought they were dangerous, I'd swear at them but make damn sure I got off the road as quickly as possible. Reasoning with stupid people is impossible, and I'd rather be safe than try to convince an ignorant person of their ignorance.0 -

Strangely, on the day this story broke, whilst driving home from work I caught up with a cyclist on a busy, single carriageway road, with the weight of the oncoming traffic, there was no way I could get passed the cyclist so did the right thing and hung back so the cyclist didn't feel I was trying to intimidate her, behind me was a large recovery vehicle, the ones used for recovering HGVs, operated by a large national recovery company, the driver sat right on my back bumper flashing his headlights, this sort of behaviour from a professional who has more than likely seen the results of what can happen when it all goes pear shaped was disgusting, I didn't have room so there was no way he had room to overtake and yes I did report him to the company. It does go to show that even professional drivers don't know how to deal with a cyclist.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

With the abolition of tax discs, it is no longer to be sure of the tax status of any vehicle.0 -

(Haven't watched the whole video, but I do hope she shouted something like "you don't even pay bloody road tax!" at some point)0 -
