Hope you're all having a great Tuesday. I was going to go to the library and get some last bits for my holibobs but it's been pouring down for the last couple of hours, and it's a fair walk, so that's on hold for t/m. Will do my Spanish lessons instead

Well done everyone so far this month! I'd love to do another focus group - I did one online several months ago. Only took a few minutes every day for a week and it paid well.

I've just had another amazon sale after not having any in months. Good job too since my car is determined to swallow up all my money - I've had to call the AA out twice this week already. Thank god for breakdown cover.

I've got some things listed on Gumtree and will have some bits on ebay this weekend. I've got some of my teaching resources up for sale so will cash out in a few days and add that to my total.

I'm back at work now so I haven't got much time for money making as it's a new job in a new area and we're just in the middle of buying a house - will still try my best with it all!

Just popped in to say my refund from the honest book buyer on Amazon reached my account the other day (£28.70):j and I rounded it up to £30 (last of the big spenders, me;)) and dropped it into the collection box at the animal sanctuary when I was volunteering there today. I'm not adding this refund to my monthly total because I wouldn't have been able to give such a donation to the charity without it so it's not as if it saved me any of my own money IYKWIM.

I love being at the sanctuary at this time of year when they've an influx of semi-feral kittens as it's one of my jobs to play with and socialise them. If it was left to me I'd adopt the lot and end up as one of those dotty old women with a houseful of cats but OH draws the line at one. Seeing as I pay for the cat's needs anyway it's just as well as he costs a fortune:eek:

Just cashed out another £50.76 from quidc0
Also received a cheque for £292.55 from utility company for account on previous address.
All going towards my debt.
I have some overtime lined up this week but I doubt get paid for it until end of Oct.

Question. I have signed up to a temping agency and will most likely have a role beginning later this week. It will be my main form of employment, and my only job, but it will be a temporary contract. Can I count any money I make through this towards my total?

I'm not sure about whether you can count the money you make though. My gut instinct says 'no' as it will be your main job, even though it is temporary. Aesop will put you right on this when she drops in:)
