Wedding plans are coming together. The venue, photographer and registrar is all booked. Bridesmaid dress shopping is happening on 28th as one of my bridesmaids is off to Australia in a Feb for 6 months so I've got to get them sorted!
I'm happy to report another NSD today. So that now 2/15. My mum came over today which was nice - lots of wedding talk, it was good.
A consequence of that is I've not nearly hit my 10,000 steps today but I'm back at work tomorrow (boo!) and I usually hit a lot more steps when I'm at work.
Just going to have a nice relaxing tonight - the chilli is bubbling away nicely.
Hi there
I think there is a fakeaway thread on the Old Style section that has things like fake KFC etc. Might be worth a look?

Monday 9th January
Today I cashed the money I received for Christmas and put that straight into the Wedding Fund which is now sitting £440 better off than before!
My dad got engaged over the new year. He text me yesterday letting me know the wedding is in April. Exciting!!
I'm going to use his wedding as a target for my weight loss - I would like to be 10 stone 10 lbs by that point. That's a realistic target I think. Hopefully it'll be less though!

Not a great start to the day! I appear to have lost my clock-in card for work - it must have come undone from my lanyard as my locker key etc is still there. Hopefully I'll not get in too much trouble tomorrow. I thought it might be st home but I've looked and can't find it!!!
Don't think I'll wear it anymore - just keep it stashed in my bag! Hopefully it won't take too long to get a replacement. I re-traced my steps on way home but couldn't see it. Darn it.
Not a NSD today - I spent £5 in Tesco. Tomorrow and Thursday should be a NSD though and hopefully Sunday too. We'll see!
Other than that everything's okay!!February Grocery Budget: £190.75/£350.00

Sunday 15th January
So, had quite a few spend days end of last week. I forgot to budget for a joint birthday night out last night which cost me £50. I've got to bring it back in and be pretty strict with myself so I don't touch my overdraft.
I had a lovely night out last night though - lots of food, some lovely presents (I have fabulous friends!). My dad is popping over later with my birthday card and later on tonight I'll have to pop over to my Nana's and collect my birthday car from her. I'm hoping to put half of any money I recieve in the wedding fund. That seems fair

Today is my birthday!! My last year being a twenty-something
So far I've had a great day - got a new, upgraded Fitbit for my birthday present (gone from Fitbit flex to Fitbit charge HR). I can't wait to start using it (it's charging at the mo met). We have spent a fair bit of money as we have stockpiled some meat from the butchers and grabbed bits from supermarkets we don't often visit.
Tonight we're off out for a meal at our wedding venue. Really excited to try the food!!! It looks delicious!! :j:j
Yesterday ended up being a NSD which was a stroke of luck!! So I'm now at 7/15 - didn't bother buying a card so no money spent at all.February Grocery Budget: £190.75/£350.00

Wednesday 18th January
So, yesterday ended up being a NSD
now on 8/15
Today hasn't been a NSD - I've had to grab some potatoes as we were out and I've just realised we don't have much veg in - everything else apart from veg and salad so I'm debating whether I should pop to Aldi and grab some. If I do it today then tomorrow could be a NSD. Decisions! Decisions! We should then theoretically have enough to last the rest of the month then....
Edit: So, I decided to get some veg/fruit. Fridge is now amber. No more shopping except for milk for the rest of the month now. I spent a fair bit but I'm under budget for the month if it stays like this!

Thursday 19th January
Another Spend day today unfortunately- I was half way through making a Victoria Sponge cake and then stupidly realised we had a teaspoon of jam left (thought we had half a jar left so had to pick up some jam). Still, small spend and I've used my personal budget for it so it won't alter shopping budget.
Tomorrow will be a NSD. My grandmother came over today and brought me two chickens which I have popped in the freezer and some extra large eggs. We seriously won't need any meat for a long time now!!!
Still, I'm pretty happy with how today has gone. Tom has started his new job today, I've cleaned living room, dining room, hallway and washed cushion covers. I plan on tidying upstairs tomorrow.
I also need to see about selling this silver tomorrow-even if it's only £50 it's an extra £50 in the wedding fund.February Grocery Budget: £190.75/£350.00
