I've found a number of staples and treats that are 'accidentally' vegan - Google is your friend!!

I'm not kidding myself that she's going to have the time or energy to cook from scratch all the time so it's handy knowing what 'Go' food is vegan!!
Google definitely is! My go to when I was a student was tins of beans kidney beans, sweet corn and tomatoes, all in a pan with some paprika maybe some cumin, stir it up, instand bean chilli, or you could easily shove it all in the micro. can be put in wraps or with instant rice, very cheap meal.
Meals for next week are:
Fajitas
Bolognaise
Chilli
Lasagne
Pizza
Chinese fakeaway
Roast
I know there are lots of pasta tomatoey type meals but going to batch cook the main bolognaise on Tuesday, ready for easy meals on wed thurs when I'm at work.0 -

Perfect, thank you! Will do that tomorrow.0 -
Ok note to self. Do not buy Oatley organic milk assuming that because it is expensive it will be the best. It tastes nice and it was on offer so the same as the cheaper ones, but imagine my dismay when it curdled in my coffee this morning! Arrrrgghhh0
