Well just made hummus for the first time! Took minutes, can of drained chick peas in the blender, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 2 Tbs of Olive oil, some paprika and curry seasoning! Whizzed up, made loads and only about 30p!!!! Woopie! Little bit pleased about it! Although running very late for work, best get off here!!!! Speak later0

Littlies had porridge pots for breakfast again and I've had a smoothie for breakfast and I'll have the same lunch as yesterday. Loving this healthy vegan eating! Talk About energy!0
