He is a mug! We are all volunteers here and give up our time freely to help others. It is a real kick in the teeth for all of us to have this ignored by people like your husband. It must be especially disheartening for someone like Coupon-Mad who has given up hundreds of hours of her own time and literally knocked hundreds of thousands of pounds off the profit line of companies like parking lie.

Why bother to ask for our help if he is going to give in to the bullies.

I will see if there is someone else who is less gullible and actually wants help. It is people like your husband that make me angry.
