Small planet airlines flight delay

Original Flight departure 12.10

Flight left the Tarmac at 20.27
All the reasons why the flight was delayed
-Arrived at airport and was informed of 3 hour delay due to a previous flight delay
- then Apparently a passenger had a heart attack
- flight then had a flat tyre
(We knew this information due to talking to people who were on our plane flying to larnaca on the small planet Facebook page, I have screenshot everything on my phone, the company has since deleted all posts)
Meanwhile No comunication from anyone as there was no representatives airside. Called customer services and waited 30 mins no one answered.
Received 20 euros food vouchers from the gate.
(Pilot said on plane) aircraft was delayed Due to various problems such as an aircraft change, a delay with air traffic control and a Medical emergency due to a passenger having a heart attack which was at 3/4pm (still didn't explain why the aircraft was delayed to begin with before the medical emergency ) pilot never mentioned the flat tyre issue.
The air crew blamed the 8 hour + delay on the medical emergency. When infact it was a series of things before hand that caused the majority of the delay like the pilot said.
The aircraft started moving at 8.13pm taxiing to runway
The aircraft take off (wheels left Tarmac) was at 8.27
Landed (1.05 am Cyprus time)
We had 16 people on our booking we have used the resolver app (actually claimed for the comp when we were delayed in the airport on August 17th) and still no response. I also filled out the claims form on small planet airline website and it says we need boarding passes, tickets , passports etc, our flight was a ticketless flight? Do they actually need all this information? They know we were on the flight and they know that the flight was delayed ? We have a few boarding passes but some have been lost. Also how much are we able to claim? We were flying from larnaca to gatwick.
Contacted Olympic airlines and they said the airline are taking responsibility. Has anyone else had any success with claims from small planet? Thanks in advance !
