Hi,
I looking a booking via jet 2 holidays as it has everything we need for a sensible price.
Anyone PERSONALLY used them please? I've looked through a view review sites and they are getting fairly good feedback? But Im not sure Im looking at the right sites for airline reviews.
Also Im told they don't have any reps?

I have booked with them for next month. I got all the guff yesterday, checked in online and printed my boarding passes.
It says what appears to be normal these days ' After collecting luggage proceed.... where you will be met by the Jet2 rep who will direct you to your transfer. You will receive a welcome pack..... and contact details of your rep.'
Most hotels unless having a large number of guests don't seem to have reps these days.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
I've never needed one at the resort I don't think? misses panicing a bit. Shes not done a package hol before.
They seem to have good reviews though and sensible flight times.0 -

Jet2 are pretty laid back and open, most people seem OK with them
That would indeed be a good selling point if they didn't have any reps, alas, they doAlso Im told they don't have any reps?Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
Used them last year. Flight, private taxi transfer to hotel and back to airport all as promised. No rep either which was a bonus!0

Booked one package with them a few years ago. No complaints. No rep in the hotel which was a big bonus
There are details of how to contact them should you need to. They do occasionally make an appearance in some of the bigger/busier hotels. 0 -
Just got back from 2 weeks with them in Benidorm, being such a busy resort there are reps there, who did make a thrice weekly visit to our hotel, but contact numbers are on board.
don't think they bother with the welcome meeting ( sales drives ) anymore, but when we did need them once, because of a family problem we had ( nothing to do with the hol. ) they were brilliant and helpful.
Everything from leaving to getting back home went perfectly, using them again next year.0 -

They certainly do have reps, we've just come back from a hotel that is used by Jet 2 and there was a rep on duty at the hotel, in fact we saw the Jet 2 rep around and about the hotel more than ours which was First Choice, it might be that what they mean is that there is no rep service at your chosen hotel, which to be fair is no big loss.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -
Travelled to the Algarve with them in April, had absolutely no issues! They do have reps, ours had set days she was in reception for an hour at a time - only 3 days of the week though. And there were reps around at the airport and for the transfers. But no "welcome meeting" or anything like that. The contact details were on the notice board in reception incase you needed them, so they were there if you need them but otherwise just left you to enjoy your holiday!0
