I would imagine there would be reps in the resort and details at the hotel on how to contact them, just like the various Thomas Cook and Thomson companies they don't have reps in all the hotels in their brochures.
As an aside, I don't think Jet 2 Holidays are particularly cheep, I've just done a comparison between them and First Choice for the hotel is Salou that we go to, there isn't much in it, for a week AI the difference was £50pp based on 2 Adults in August next year, and I would put that down to the Thomson flights being better times, ie early in, early out as opposed to the Jet 2 flight arriving at Reus around 6pm with a later return flight.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -
what hotel are you staying maybe someone can help:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

Havent picked one yet, been on many package hols in younger times. as said never needed a rep but with kids she just wants to make sure someone available if needed.
Presume you get a rep on the pickup coach?0 -
Rarely do you get a rep on the coach these days. It all depends. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0
-
presume they are still around the airport to point you to the coaches?0
-
Yes If you see my first reply I have quoted what Jet2 sent me.
I know I won't have a rep on the coach as I have a Taxi transfer and I suspect the rep won't be at the hotel. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Been on a number of Jet2Holidays and never had any issues. There may be a rep on site at your hotel but they aren't in your face trying to sell you day trips etc.
3 star hotels are pretty basic so tend to go for 4 star and can sometimes get free child place (especially if it's outwith busy summer school holidays).
Can pre-book seats and food (which is actually not too bad with different options for adults aNd kids).
Also tend to be a bit cheaper than Thompsons for the same resort!0 -
We have used Jet2 for holidays as well as just for flights and we have never had any problems.. I never even noticed if there was a rep at the hotel and we always book a taxi transfer.
There is usually plenty of legroom on the aircraft and you get a 22kg luggage allowance + 10kg hand luggage. The 22kg allowance is free if you book a holiday, but you do have to pay for it if you book a flight only.0
