We have used Jet2 for the past 2 holidays in Tenerife with no problems at all. The first year the rep came just once in our week but their contact details were fully available, plus information on the notice board. This year the rep came about 4 times over the week.

There were reps at the airport directing you to the correct coach, and one came onboard before we left the airport to welcome us, then it was left with the driver to drop us off, same on the return to the airport driver picked us up and the rep came on before we got off.

I'd totally recommend Jet2 and we will use them again, just not next year as they don't fly to Dominican Republic :(

We have never been on a Jet2 holiday, although we are going to Lanzarote with them in a few weeks.

When we were in Fuerteventura last year, out hotel was not visited by our rep (TUI) but the Jet2 rep was frequently there. We found her to be very friendly and helped us out with our queries. :money:

I went to the Algarve with them this year.

There were reps at the airport who directed us to our taxi transfer. The airport rep gave us an envelope with contact details for the resort team and a 24 hour emergency number in case we needed it.

The hotel had a notice board and a folder with information in. A rep came in a couple of times a week and his hours were on a sheet in the folder. We never needed to see him.

We were told on arrival to either ask the rep or check the folder a day or two before departure for our taxi pick up time. This was there when we looked in the folder the day before we came home.
Here I go again on my own....
  • Well they are just about to add another 1000 staff so cant be too bad :-)
