    Oh, it got an annual service all right - and an oil/filter change before any trip abroad to be on the safe side. Its usage was mainly load lugging at home and holidays with the caravan. I had a motorbike for daily use.

    My comment was directed at the OP, who has suggested that there's no servicing been undertaken on a car that might be 3 years old with very low mileage.
