Claiming M&S vouchers from BT promo

Ok, I have escalated with BT re the M&S vouchers, but please beware the BT reward card of £125. It arrived today and has only £100 on it. Make sure you check. If anyone else has got this problem please let me know so I can say this to BT.

Hi,

I am trying to claim a £40 M&S voucher having signed up for BT infinity on 08/09/2016 after seeing the deal on MSE. I think the deal ended on 09/09/2016, but the link given by Pagan98 is for deals through "MoneySuperMarket and their partners : 25th August - 1st September 2016".

Does anyone know how I can get to the claim form for the the period that covers my sign-up date of 08/09/2016. Your help would be much appreciated.

The £125 reward card and £40 M&S vouchers deal ended on 4 August (my screenshot shows 7h 18min 33sec remaining at 16:41 on the 4th). I received the expected voucher amounts, after some effort in claiming.

I think the deal did drop to £100 afterwards, but not 100% sure.

In the FAQ of the link I posted, it states:
Promotional dates and partners are:
Broadband Choices and their partners : 25th July - 8th August 2016
MoneySuperMarket and their partners : 25th August - 1st September 2016
Cable.co.uk and their partners : 2nd - 15th September 2016
