Claiming M&S vouchers from BT promo

Hi.
I've signed up for BT Unlimited Infinity 1 following the offer link previously showing on the Fibre Optic Best Buy in the Cheap Broadband section of MSE. This was on 4 August and the service went live today, 18 August.
I've followed the Claim My Rewards link from the BT emails to claim the £125 MasterCard. However, there is no link to claim the £40 M&S vouchers. (The link that used to be present on MSE directed to a Love2Shop campaign that has now closed. However, even this has now disappeared and the offer is not showing in the archived offers section under 'Problems with getting an MSE Blagged deal?') I have emailed BT but not expecting a useful response (may be pleasantly surprised).
Can someone who's already claimed, or an MSE rep, please tell me how to claim the M&S vouchers?
NB. I see the same question has already been asked by debjay here with no answer so really hoping someone from MSE can help!
Thanks in anticipation!

I have the link but can't post as a new user!
However, if you can get it to work then you are doing better than me! It is not clear whether the number required is an 'order reference' or 'order number' - neither seem to work, both are referred to on the page, and neither are 12 chracters long as described!
I feel this is deliberately obstructive and I think this issue should be raised with MSE so that it can be pointed out in future offers0 -
Agree that they're being obstructive. The VOL number to claim the Matercard was meant to be on the welcome letter/email but wasn't. It was only in the text confirmation.
Can you type in the link like this: www . link . com or send a private message?0 -
So I've now got the link to claim the M&S gift card from the MSE help team. It's https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/Default.asp in case anyone else needs it.
However, it ask for a 12 character order reference starting AJM. I have an order reference starting AJM but it's 20 characters long and isn't accepted. The web page provides a help link to finding the order number which describes the VOL reference. The VOL reference is VOL013- followed by 12 digits but this isn't accepted either (and doesn't start AJM). Now awaiting another email back from MSE Help but can't help thinking that this is sharp practice by BT to avoid paying out!0 -
My daughter's in the same boat. She's got an AJM order code but it says it's not valid. I'll send her link to this thread and watch with interest. Hope that MSE take this on.
Further to my question on the previous thread, I got the link to the voucher direct from Broadband Choices and would've posted it here but see it's been posted already by Pagan98.0 -
Same here for me, site will not accept AJM number.
I have been through the online chat function but they couldn't help either. Now I have to wait for a "manager" to call me back. I'll update when I hear from them.0 -
Had email from Broadband Choices and link should now work ok.0

Can confirm it is now working:Your claim for your Marks and Spencer vouchers has been received. Your details will now be validated to check and ensure your broadband service is active. If your service is active your Marks and Spencer vouchers will be mailed to the address where your Broadband/Infinity has been provided. Please allow up to 30 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your vouchers to arrive.
Kind regards

Working for me too, thanks all.0

Worked for me, thanks everyone

Has anyone received their vouchers yet as when you go to the T&Cs the dates of offers don't match our sign up dates of early august. I got a reply from BT saying pretty much that, I am not valid for the vouchers unless I can provide a screenshot!
