Hello espresso and thankyou again.
Below is the log which arrives after the usual loss of connection which I have just had again.
I have put several RJ11s of several leads of the correct type into the only RJ11 slot shape that's there on the back of the modem and ALWAYS have the same result.
Had just writtem a post to say this and thought I'd try one more time...sure enough, 'phone went dead, no connection and no Internet.
Hence my going back and copying the diagnostic log result for you to see and reposting.

This is what happens first::

Most likely causes:

• There might be a typing error in the address.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds

1. Click the Favorites Center button [IMG]res://ieframe.dll/favcenter.png[/IMG], click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.

To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
