If you get them from a butchers who does marination, you can get them marinated free, pepper steak is nice. Have them with a salad and garlic bread and cook them under the grill. A quick meal thats really tasty.

  • I marinated mine (4 loins) in

    10 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tsp cloves
    1tbsp garlic
    2 tbsp honey
    2tsp cinnamon
2 whole star anise (as I cant find them crushed lol)

Cooked in the oven gas mark 6 (in the sauce) for 20-30mins

    yummy.

  • Thanks guys for all the lovely tasty suggestions. I am going with the slightly flatten them and coat in egg and flour and stuffing and cook in the oven suggestions as OH is a bit conservative.

    Thanks

I like mine brushed with soy sauce then topped with sliced apple (you can add a little honey if the apple isn't particularly sweet). Put in a smallish casserole dish with a lid and slow bake. Makes yummy juices which are good on mashed potato.
