Make a sauce with natural yogurt/cream and stir in some wholegrain mustard. Fry the chops with some leeks and then add them into the sauce to simmer for a minute or 2.
I also use the method that Pink-winged mentioned of putting a cheese mixture on top when grilling. Very yummy!0 -
I cut them into cubes, marinade them in soy sauce, garlic, olive oil & pineapple juice. Then thread them onto kebab sticks with mushrooms, onions and peppers grill and serve with onion onion rice & pitta bread.0

Years ago there was an ad on the TV (British pork or similar) that has become one of my absolute faves - grill your pork chop or steak on both sides, then top with a big dollop of apple sauce and a thick slice of cheese and return to the grill until cheese is melted and bubbly -mmmmm!

Honeyed pork kebabs on skewers with pineapple chunks and peppers. :drool:0

marinate them in soy sauce garlic and chilli then grill and serve with stir fry veg and noodles. They go dead tender from being marinated.0

This looks nice here also last night I made this and it was delicious here, just the stir fry wasn't nice.0

I made this a couple weeks ago, and it was delicious, but I usually pan fry them (and some mushrooms and onions-but often do them first, then take out and add again at end) then deglaze pan with a splash of vermouth or white wine, or some cider, add a good spoonful of wholegrain mustard, then some cream, creme fraiche or sour cream (adding the mushrooms back in to reheat at this stage, pork is out resting from before deglazing)0

This is our favourite with pork steaks: Make a sauce with 2tbsp soy mixed with 1tbsp cornflour and add half pt of orange juice and 2tbsp sherry. Brown the steaks and add to an ovenproof dish (sort of lasagne size). Pile on peppers, mushrooms, onions (whatever you've got, even a small amount of chilli) and then pour on the sauce. Season with plenty of black pepper. Cook for about an hour at about 190 degrees. We generally have it with a small jacket and something green. It's delish and great as it's almost all freezer/storecupboard stuff. Try it!0

I love all the suggestions! Now I don't know which to pick haha might mix a few together.
Sorry about there being another thread I did search but didn't see anything other then the "try something different" thread.GC July: £0/£1200 -
slice steaks into thin strips across the grain. saute some garlic and finely sliced onions until golden brown, add pork strips, when nice and brown add sliced mushrooms, when they're half-cooked, add a little brandy/red wine/wine vinegar/lemon juice and cook off. Stir in cream/creme fraiche/sour cream and serve with rice.0
