I have checked with relative - he has not received reward and neither have I, despite fulfilling requirements.... he's queried it by message and so have I....does compo await?:D

Has anyone had the usual monthly email saying that you've been rewarded with £4 or that, sadly, they've been unable to pay you this month because you haven't fulfilled the requirements? I've had neither, but no payment credited, so far. All conditions met. Maybe payments are being staggered rather than all paid at same time; some people were paid on the 14th.

My Reward wasn't paid on 14/15 Oct. I secure messaged the bank yesterday and it was paid/compensated by the end of the day.
The last 3 or 4 months I have had to ask the Coop for the reward, despite my meeting all their requirements.

Message sent yesterday to Co-op re non payment of monthly Reward. Now showing in account today but payment dated 18th. No email though.

Received payment today dated 18th following secure message with reply saying they sent email on 14/10 in error saying criteria not met, however I never received it. It seems there system is still inaccurate.
