Co-op Bank Monthly £4 Reward

I satisfied the requirements for the £4 monthly reward on the Co-op Bank current account in July. I understood that the reward was paid on the 15th of the month following but it hasn't been paid today. Has anyone received theirs today?

FAQ says on or before last working day of the month

My note against last month's payment was that it was dated the 15th but only visible on the 16th.

13th back in May. Understand it fluctuated a bit prior to when I started receiving it too...so don't bank on the 15th/16th going forward.

But only if they've fixed the glitch they had last month, when many of us didn't receive it automatically!

Fair enough, didn't realise there was an issue last month, as I got mine as normal. :-)

They gave me £5.50 rather than £4, so a profitable 'glitch'! ;)
