Automatic gearbox no reverse

Got the car back last night, I asked them what might have caused the gearbox to go and they couldn't tell me anything. Anyway Kia paid the lions share and I have a car again. Don't think I will keep it for long as if the gearbox is weak how long before it eats another one?Nothing to see here, move along.0
