Fluff have you looked at the flylady challenge??

she believes very much in setting the time for 5 minutes and seeing what you can do in that time.

an hour seems like a trudge, try shorter active stints

Everything!
Floors need hoovering and washing, bathroom & downstaris loo need cleaning as does kitchen. Son's bedroom looks like a bombsite. All the cushion covers in lounge need washing. I am supposed to finish painting Son's playhouse which was started in June!! I want to get it done before the weather changes but am a little scared of going in there(spiders)
My car looks like it's been off roading in the night while I was asleep. The garden is being taken over by weeds and there is hardly any food in the fridge.
Oh yeah and I am also supposed to be tackling that dreaded oven again:(
All I feel like doing is curling up in bed with a hot water bottle (PMT) and a huge bar of choc and my book!

It makes me feel worse because I have this pulsating alien thing above my eyebrow, this is day 4 of it now. It is like when you get a trapped nerve or something like when your eye goes all twitchy but this is just above my eyebrow and it is really annoying and making me feel like a freak!

yay - see not so bad really!!

First for me would be the cushion covers, chuck 'em in the wash, cause when they are clean and dry and back on then you'll be snuggling down into clean, fresh smelling cushions.

if that's enough for the day then snuggle down, if not and you are waiting for them to dry then read on!

can you get something to kill the spiders?? or failing that, put some paint on a piece of paper and stick that inside the playhouse in the hope that Mr and Mrs Spider will upsticks of their own accord cause their house is now smelly....

then try painting the house, that will be a personal satisfaction, and will have more enjoyment then a clean car or a clean oven!!!

once you are covered in paint, have a shower, and whilst in there - give the bathroom a quick - by quick I mean max 10 minutes, 5 mins preferable....

rinse the loo next time you have a wee!!

Put a bowl of hot soappy water in the oven after you make your next cup of coffee/tea in the hope that the steam will help loosen the grime, if it doens't just leave it there for tomorrow!



Weeds are green, they look like grass....winter is coming so wait till spring for some gardening!!!
