On a sample of 1 it proves nothing. It could be that there were no places available at the time or the near future.

Based on the many cases over at Pepipoo, the 10%+9 is the correct cutoff for a SAC be offered.

Huby sent back the form that came with the letter. This document was to let them know it was me who was driving. I really hope I get the course, I shall keep you updated.

Yes, The camera that caught me was on Drovers Way. This is a massive road with wide lanes. I do feel slightly cheated as the road looks like its 30mph but, I wont challenge it as, that would cause me stress and I am already not feeling well.
The unit was fixed speed camera and it faces towards you i.e. takes the picture front the front.

Is this the same Drovers Way, Dunstable and the camera in queston? As it certainly doesn't match your description.
