Once you've sorted the gender out, ask him/her to start a new thread of his/her own after reading the newbies FAQ sticky to get some idea of what he/she is dealing with. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Apologies for typing era was so tired. I have sign posted my friend to this web site and told him not to pay as he may have grounds to appeal.

I am still waiting for conformation for one of my tickets which I have verbally been told has been cancelled.

I can't thank you all enough for all the advise and support

You came to right place, you met the right people and you won.
    Tell all your friends please.

PPC's are so scared of this site that they even include rubbish on their web site about avoiding forums like this .... you now know that they lie.

It is not cancelled until you receive this in writing from Parking Eye. If this is the charge where you have the POPLA code then you should definitely use the code unless you get confirmation the charge has been cancelled
