complain to your trust managers etc on the basis of the Health guidelines issued by the DoH and Jeremy Hunt 2 YEARS AGO and reiterated last october

    https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/nhs-patient-visitor-and-staff-car-parking-principles/nhs-patient-visitor-and-staff-car-parking-principles

draft a popla appeal based on recent popla examples including any hospital ones like this one here (and others , read a dozen or more)

    no contract with landowner
    poor signage
not the same as the Beavis case
    unfair contract
    BPA CoP errors
    any NTK errors
    any POFA2012 failures

Will have to check on monday with trust re: My parking permit guidelines
they know i was driver, when i appealed sent in with my permit details and name

i pay from my salary on a monthly basis to park on site in staff park space, nut staff parking spaced can be used by patients but not vise versa i have been told

dont think there has been any pofa2012 failure, as they know i was driving because stupidly i thought at work hence charge will be cancelled

when i fisrt spoke to carparking at my trust
, they say i need to appeal as parking charge issued
it is ridiculace as i pay to park on site due to speicial circumstances of work ie carrying ie,equipement anf sensitive patient notes

    please help further advice
    !!!!!!!!!!!!

parking eye in letter state the internal process has been exhausted and provided popla code, now the letter has come in my name rather than the registered keeper, take it i have less protection than the registered keeper, ???

told to pay it as unlikely i will be unsuccessful against the trust that employs me. the trust contract with parking eye is for public view and on the web but some bits covered to protect parking eyes interest to be a competitive company

    what should i do stressed

    HELP!!!!!!

Sorry, but the above doesn't make much sense. What 'left' have you identified to PE?

Do you now have a POPLA code? If so read post #3 of the newbies sticky and the most recent posts in the POPLA Decisions sticky. Start to draft your POPLA appeal using info gleaned from the above and the pointers that Redx gave you yesterday. Post your draft here for analysis and critique, but as we've lost our most prolific and knowledgeable contributor, we're under additional pressure and we can't guarantee you'll get much more than a quick 'once over' at best.

When is your POPLA deadline - you MUST get your appeal in by then, as PE are very quick to sue people who fail to go through the full process.

How have you got on in complaining to your line management structure at the Trust?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
