    Hi,
Had a letter over the weekend from the CCBC Northampton.
It is a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track.

It states that this is now a defended claim and a copy of the defence has already been sent to you by the defendant.
It appears that this case is suitable to small claims track

And I have by the 17/10/16 completed the questionnaire. file it with the Court office and serve copies on all other parties.

I also have an EX730 leaflet to go with it.

    So i'm on for a court hearing,great !!

But all is not lost yet.... :-)

OK, good, so if unsure about any process, refer back to bargepole's post telling you about this stage and all the paperwork (the second link under 'Small Claim?' in the NEWBIES thread. Bargepole explains which boxes to tick, et al.

OK so you are at Witness Statement/skeleton argument and exhibits stage, putting together everything you intend to rely upon at a hearing.

Read Lamilad's thread, he beat BW Legal/Excel 3 weeks ago and his thread shows his witness statement plus their witness statement and his recalled 'court report' of how it went. Have you checked your thread posts do not give away anything you don't want it to, bearing in mind that (somehow, suddenly...) Excel got hold of Lamilad's pepipoo thread postings and waved them around, questioning him about it at the hearing. He still won because he wasn't driving and his exhibits were robust enough to show the Judge that it was POFA or nothing.
