WORST ever for me
Boots opticians,very poor service,staff look at you like you shouldn't be there when you need a repair done to specs,they can't wait to get rid of
you,they only deal with you "nicely" when you are spending. Most of them look miserable all the time.
A friend of mine is an optometrist & has become a branch manager for Boots, she is having a complete mare with the staff, who think they know everything, have been there for years and think things should stay in the dark ages. She will make them join the 21st century, not just from technology point but also CS.
Worst CS has to be Vodafone, they don't understand the meaning of the word service and as for trying to phone them, well....

Amersall, Virgin Media, really??? Again, just try leaving them, they could not give two hoots about you. It's good to know they have learned to speak intelligible English, though... before anyone decides to kick off, I seldom, if ever have a problem understanding TT's overseas staff and am pretty sure they are in the next call centre over, in Bangalore.0

No one yet mentioned First Direct? I've been with them over 10 years and every time I've had to call they have sorted me out, nothing is too difficult for them. It's great to speak to people who know their stuff and if they don't, go and find out for you.
Love Ocado and John Lewis too, again staff willing to help.
I dislike Boots, the one near me feels like staff are passing through and it's all just too much like hard work. Although, I used to be near one where the staff were great and treated customers very well.
The place I avoid is Currys/PC World. No idea why they are still in business. Their staff lack knowledge and seem to think they are there to collect wages whilst their customers do their work for them.0 -

Virgin media and EON,never had a problem getting anything sorted.
