Took parcel in for someone and they've not collected. What to do?

You could try phoning around and finding out what others would charge to store the items on a per diem basis. Then phone the company expecting the goods again and tell them that as from 1 hour after the phone call has ended you will be charging per day or part thereof and no access to the goods will be given until the bill is settled in full.IITYYHTBMAD0

I would send email/phone and state that as from "xyz" time on Monday I would be charging storage per hour until the parcels are collected {around £10} that should get something moving :0)0

I would phone then WRITE (email) to them giving them 7 days to collect.
Tell them after this date they will be sold at auction on eBay (short auction), and you will send them the proceeds minus any costs.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Tell them to sort it out or you'll stop using them!0
