Didn't quite manage the NSD today; I made some lovely quince & crab-apple jelly earlier, then I made some scones to try it out on, and it wouldn't have been right not to have some cream... £1.35 added after a dash to the supermarket up the road, and I'm still JUST within my original budget!
PS - 2 chickens less as of today, too - 2 of this year's 4 chicks went off to my friend's massive garden this morning to join her other two "new girls".Angie - GC Oct 25: £467.21/£500: 2025 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 40/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)0 -

Did the weekly shop. And unless I go mad tomorrow, I am going to have the lowest spend ever:D.
Not quite clawed everything back, but I might make it before year end. Particularly as we are away for a week and going to family for Christmas.
It's really working - YNAB, meal planning, and trying to limit shopping. Roll on October.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
I spent £2 today in poundstore on 4 tins of tomatoes and a 2kg bag of sugar, which I thought was good - so I am now down to exactly zilch. Decided that the new Sainsburys cheese could wait until Saturday - so I will hopefully come in on budget, if I manage to not spend 2moz.0
