I would, but it's private land so nothing to do with the rail companies sadly.
You do realise no-one is telling you to pay this? Start your own thread... :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I asked the facilities manager to clarify exactly who the contract is with and for a contact name, he replied that the contact was between Interserve and UKPC. He gave me a contact name and website but no email address,so i am just waiting for that now. I also asked him that somebody at the NHS trust must have asked for the the parking scheme to be introduced and if he could supply a contact name and email , which he has done.I have made 2 FOI request about the contract, but had no reply yet, will ask again once i have a email address for Interserve.
  • Just read on a local online newspaper that UKPC have issued 12,000 tickets in their first six weeks
Can't post links, but it's on .cumbriacrack.com if anyone wants to read it.

But I think you've added one too many noughts in there bud. Nonetheless, 1,200 tickets at a hospital over 6 weeks is outrageous. There again, it's hospital patients, particularly those with cancer, that UKPC likes to target.

"When I had to visit the hospital sites, I was told to instruct the wardens to concentrate on the area outside the cancer departments, because cars would overstay their time more than any other part of the hospital due to them or their passenger receiving chemotherapy," Mr Taylor said.

"[UK Parking Control Ltd] do not care one hoot about anyone's feelings or health," he added. Mr Taylor refused to obey the order and resigned in December 2013.

    Pay what?

As I said above, my question (whether the DVLA ban on UKPC still applies) has been answered. No need to start another thread.
  • SUCCESS.
Just received an email from contact at Interserve saying PCN has been cancelled. He also fwd'd a copy of email to UKPC and their reply confirming it had been cancelled. His email to UKPC just said please cancel above, no explanation or reasons given.

Although he didn't agree that the signage was wrong, the reason he said he would cancel it was because staff at hospital have been giving incorrect information out.

Anyway thanks for everyone's help and input .
