    The DQ was sent to me from DCB Legal 
     I suspected as much.

    Just ignore that DQ and wait for the court to send you one!

    There's almost never anything new on this forum; always search for a thread about it first.  It changed a year ago as per the thread about the new N180 questions.

    Hi. I have received a N180 from the Civil National Business Centre which has an additional question to those detailed above. It is:
    Suitability for determination without a hearing (on papers)
    I would like to say no, but they want a reason. Any suggestions?
