Does anyone know if the above still applies to v7 of the BPA CoP?
The only way we could do that is via research on the BPA website, bringing up both versions, then going through the relevant paragraph line by line. Any reason why you might not be able to do this yourself?

All past CoPs should be available via the BPA website.
    Good evening Umkomaas,

I'd already been through v5 and v7 of the BPA CoP and to be honest, I couldn't see anything that infers that a sign should make clear the Driver is entering a contract by parking, or who the contract is with. That's why I was asking if anyone else familiar with the BPA CoP knew.

Otherwise, I'm inclined to just leave this Para out.

Laws and CoPs have changed since this thread was started four years ago and concluded three years ago, so if you want bespoke help, I suggest you post your query on your own thread.

wow I've now completed the N180 form ready and have saved it ready for when I get a response from the courts .. I have completed from  section A  but what about the top of the form ? what do I complete in the part "In the" obviously I know the claim number although this is still in question with the 0 and O ... then there is the box "to be completed by, or on behalf of "" is that myself ?

sorry .. I finally feel I'm getting somewhere and have more understanding of it now .. only took god knows how long :-(

You now need to request from the DVLA, how many times did UKPC access your information over the period

Each parking ticket is it's own entity and UKPC must apply to the DVLA for each one.

This is very important information you require to ensure UKPC complied with the ruling.

IE: If they obtained your info from the first ticket and held your data on their database, UKPC are in severe trouble

This isn’t a thread that newbies should be replying on, it’s old and not their thread.

It's nearly a year since anyone posted on this thread.

Why have you chosen this thread to ask that question?

If you have a County Court Claim and are trying to progress this then please start your own thread and give us some details.

There is guidance in the NEWBIES thread on how to complete, file and serve a Directions Questionnaire.
