  • Just need to put this down so I can keep track.

DH has put in his expenses - £368 due in the bank about the 20th.

Fingers crossed for a closer job PMO2. Dont know how you cope with even 40 minutes let alone 2 hours.... my work is 7 minutes away by car :rotfl: xx

  • Evening,

Made an OP to the BC this afternoon, not much but helps.

Lunch made for tomorrow, pork and a bit of apple sauce sandwich, if it's naff I'll nip to the shop.

Dinner eaten and dishwasher on, just a few bits to wash.

Been trying to think of a long term plan, don't want to be reliant on the CC's once we've cleared them.

Dinner defrosted for tomorrow. Going to be a late one, as DD has guides and DS has cadets.

Managing to read my book on the train, it's nice to switch off. Need to sort my kindle out so I can use that again.

Looking forward to my parents coming on Friday. Haven't seen them since Christmas and they always spoil us :) usually washing powder, fabric softener and beer :rotfl:

    Thanks MTG x
  • Good luck with the job possibility, hope it works out - I used to spend 4hrs a day commuting and it was killer.

My mum always brings tons of eggs with her when she visits (she has a neighbour with chickens and ducks) - I reckon I've had a couple of hundred quids worth of eggs over the last two years!
Trying to figure out a whole new life. Trying to figure out a whole new budget.
Divorcing, unclear on final debt total right now, but focusing on building a financial buffer zone.
  • Happy Hump Day, it is definitely Wednesday today (I hope)

Looks a bit dark and grey out there this morning, I hope it's nice for the weekend.

Had a dream last night all the money was gone, thankfully it hasn't and the bak account looks uneventful.
  • Washing powder - that's something I'd appreciate far more than flowers or wine! Is it a special brand or are they just being practical?

DH & DD can't use anything other than Fairy, DH can use a different fabric softner but DD is allergic to anything else. Mum gets the huge packs from Makro and brings me some down. Usually keeps me going until the next time she's down.

Forgot to mention, she also mentioned wine :)

    Have a good day :D
  • Afternoon (Just!)

Thought I'd gone over my allowance for the day but I haven't, did a recount and I'm under again by 5p, which I can carry forward.

Up to 85p to carry on.

Not much else to report moneywise.

Happy the sun is out again today, despite a slight chill in the air, it makes everything that much nicer.

Hope everyone is having a good day today? x
