    You have to do what's right for you and if this is not the opportunity to jump at then I'm sure there will be others along the way :D you never know what's around the corner!

    Morning, copied my list from the other day, so I don't need to scroll back.

    I have my list prepared for the weekend:

    * [STRIKE]Check finances & update spreadsheet[/STRIKE]
    * Change beds
    * [STRIKE]Find my insurance policy for my car - in the paperwork box, somewhere hidden in the garage! - Priority[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Sort out the 'plastic' cupboard in the kitchen - this is where the tupperware and the mountain of kids water bottles are. Need to bin most of the bottles.[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Sort through my old photo frames that are currently taking up space in the conservatory. Most of them are broken, so can be dumped if I sort them out[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Mini food shop[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Washing - Hang out if nice weather again[/STRIKE]
    * Ironing
    * Sort kids clutter on top of bookcase in dining room
    * Clean bathrooms
    * Mop floors

    Although it's currently sunny, it's due to rain today and tomorrow so looks like a TD weekend. We've done well recently not really using it so I'm not too fussed about using it this weekend.

    Have sorted my food list, going to do a round trip and drop off DD's secondary school forms on my way to Sainsburys.

    Bank account checked and no payments have come out.

    Need to get our numbers changed today/tomorrow, need to locate the nearest mobile shop which I think is in Camberley but will double check.

    Need to think about my June goals too.

    Back later.

  • Changed my address for my car insurance, cost me £23 mid adjustment to do it. Not going with Hastings again once my renewal is up in October. Even my premium didn't change like DH's did.

    Spoke to mobile company today, changed addresses, rang up and all mobile numbers changed now, so shouldn't get any spam from b!tchface.

    Sorted out my old photo frames, sorted out loads of photos of my lovely best friend now deceased 12+ years, miss her as she was like a sister, but one more thing done.

    Plastic cupboard done, still a few bits to sort.

    We were naughty and ordered a curry, we've found a nice curry house that's reasonably cheap compared to the last local one. It was nice AND nothing was left so good to me.

    Food shop done, should be sorted for the next two weeks.

    We were talking tonight about things to change in the house, we know the house works but doesn't 'flow' things need tweaking to make the house ours.

    Thinking about June, got lots of planning to do.
  • Morning,

    Majority of my list has been done.

    Finances don't look too bad.

    Dinner will be HM beef & ale pie, mash and veg and I need to make cottage pie for Wednesday.

    Feeling very unfit and out of sorts today, think that the stress of the past month or so has caught up. Definitely need to change that next month.
  • Beef was way to nice to cut up for a pie, so roast for dinner instead. Was nice too.

    DH has done the ironing, I don't seem to get a look in since we moved :D I've ironed once in 5 weeks :rotfl:

    Kids nearly sorted for school tomorrow. DD has lost her cardigan, not named and doubtful we'll get it back but DH wants me to ring the school tomorrow anyway.

    Cottage pie base made and in the freezer, just the mash to be made for Thursday.

    No Guides for DD for the next two weeks, which helps the menu plan.

    Had a lovely walk this afternoon, still feel poo but more tired now.
