Morning,
Yesterday didn't quite go as planned, last night we or rather DH rang the police for some advice on what to do about DS's ex-gf. Can't say too much at the moment but they're taking it very seriously and someone will call back in the next 3-4 days.
Sunday we ended up walking around Virginia Water, 6 miles and I'm still knackered now. Think I'm getting old :rotfl:
DH has his salary review and catch up today, he's adamant that they'll say his performance has slipped. I told him that, that was due to the move and the little b!tch. Will find out this afternoon, just what if any pay rise he'll get.
Keeping an eye on the finances, I'll do them again at the weekend, just to see where we're heading this month.
Should only need a small top up shop this week too. Next month I'll keep a better handle on the food shop.
Need to buy my travel card and parking today. Roll on payday, I'll buy it for the month and that should save me a bit.0 -
I'm glad you've got the police involved she sounds crazy! I hope they help x have a nice day0

Thanks HI, we only really rang for advice due to a lot of other things kicking off over the weekend and they took it very seriously. Hopefully things will now cease once they get stuck in! x0

Im so sorry to hear you are having real issues with this girl. It must be very stressful. And not the new start you want. Sometimes once the police are involved it can calm a situation down. We had to with a neighbour at one point. It also helped knowing we had a community liason person to speak to.
Thinking of you.

I have just done a quick reccy of the finances and what is due to come out over the next two weeks.
At the beginning of the month I transferred over a certain amount to cover whats coming out at the end of the month, DH also has his expenses due to be paid in, all thats left comes out this month is before I get paid.
Apart from food, we may possibly have some money left over, may only be £200 but as June is technically a 5 week month, I will keep this seperate to use as a buffer for next month, if it doesn't get used first.
If and it is a big if, DH gets a pay rise, we could have anything from £100 pm to £200 pm extra but will wait and see tonight what comes from his pay review. I can then work that in to the budget at the weekend based on when he's likely to get it (if he does at all).0 -
Anytime
Oh good luck! Hopefully its the latter of £200xx

I'm glad too you involved the police PMo2, she sounds like a nasty character and completely crazy, esepcially as she continues to carry on with the abuse. Fingers crossed they sort it out for you asap, must be stressful.
Fingers crossed for the payrise too xx:jDebt Free :j
