Simply electronics Ltd have filed for Bankcuptcy!

I have just received an email informing me that Simply electronics Ltd have filed for bankruptcy


Unfortunately it wont let me copy & paste the email but it states that the company are having a meeting of creditors on 9th August 2016 in Hong Kong.

Simply Electronics (“the Company”)


We are writing to advise that, pursuant to Section 241 of the Companies (Winding
Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32), a Meeting of Creditors of
the Company has been scheduled at 11:15 am on 9 August 2016 at Room 602, 6/F,
3 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hon Kong. We enclose herewith a copy of the Notice
of Creditors’ Meeting together with the proxy forms for your attention.

In addition, we enclose a copy of the proof of debt for your completion. Please note
that if you wish to vote at the creditors ‘meeting on 9 August 2016, you must return
the proof of debt together with all supporting documents to the registered office at
Room 1501, Millenium ity 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kaun Tong, Kowloon, Hong
Kong no later than 12:00 noon on 8 August 2016 or on the day before the adjourned
meeting at which they are to be used.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with us no later than 12:00 noon
on 8 August 2016 or on the day before the adjourned meeting at which they are to
be used.
