I need to add in the shampoo & conditioner names when ive picked them out of stash.

Sam - it wont be a growing collection for much longer (although this is a good thing for the sake of my bank account and the purpose of this thread!) we move house at the end of this month, plus i want to save to get a puppy, and also ive just found out my work are wanting to "terminate my employment" on grounds of "capability to work due to ill health" basically they want to get rid of me due to me being physically disabled. Yet they knew the score when they employed me 4 years ago. Ive worked there 4 years, hardly ever off sick, never done anything wrong, etc. my doctor was concerned they were giving me too many working hours/shifts in a row and requested an assessment to make reasonable adjustments. They were giving me more hours than i was contracted to do and it was too much for me and doctor wanted them to keep to my contracted hours and allow me extra breaks and split up my shifts a bit more so i wasnt working 5 or 6 days in a row. Unfortunately they arent interested in making any adjustments and would rather just "terminate" my employment. I really need my job and im devastated it has come to this, but we are going to fight it. I work in care but i work in an independent house with no moving or handling. My mums a social worker and she thinks ACAS will have a field day with it. I have a meeting on friday during which they will agree upon whether i am to lose my job or not. If i lose my job it could take years to find another - sadly employers dont usually like emplying disabled folk as they think we will be off sick all the time (ive been off less than my able bodied colleagues!). It took me years to find this one and whos going to employ someone whos been sacked already due to "ill health"? If i lose my job ill not be able to pay mum any rent, will lose my car, my mobile phone, any social life i have left, my dream of having a dog again, my independence and my pride. I cant afford to be on less than 200 a month on jobseekers it wont cover my bills :-/ I feel like im being written off as useless yet again because i happen to have spina bifida really need to get some advice this week from disability rights. Been told if i join a union it only covers you from the day you join so thats a waste of my money :-/

Gemzie - that is a really rough deal, sending lots of virtual hugs. I know absolutely nothing about employment law and disability rights, but sending you masses of positive vibes that you can get all the help that you need to fight this.

Gemzie - it sounds like you have good grounds to fight if they do get rid of you. They sound like idiots though, why would anyone want to lose a good employee? Good luck with it all.

My last uu's for July

Soft & Gentle Verbena & Waterlilly Anti Perspirant - these compressed cans are good for travel but don't last as long as full sizes imo. WBA, it did the job but does go everywhere when I spray and choked me a bit.

No7 Bubble Bath - the original scent before they reformulated it into a horrible mess, HG for me but obviously can't buy again.

Gemzie I hope that you can get some good advice and support to stop this happening and make them treat you fairly in future.

Just sorted the soaps and bathbombs out and put the new ones into the storage with the ones I already have so lots of packaging is ready to recycle.
Having a new bathroom installed next week so really excited about that plus it will give me incentive to not clutter it up with too much stuff.
