I'm always put off when hair care says 'oil'. Does this one weigh your hair down at all Gemzie?

Not on my hair, but then i have very dry ends, think straw if i dont use masks. I only use it on the ends. I tend to use hair masks on the ends everyday as opposed to the whole head every week. I find a little normal conditioner on the rest if my hair amd a bit of an intensive mask on the ends works for me. I found this in savers for £1.99 so a bargain from what it is in tesco etc. Does the job well for me but im not sure if itd be a little too intensive if your hair is not particularly dry. Its quite thick but it smells lovely.

    Some uus to report:

Wilko bliss coconut & honeysuckle body spray - WMBA this was ok, did the job. Smelled pleasant enough but not my favourite.

Lush happy hippy shower gel 100g- WMBA this was ok, did the job. Nice enough smell wise but not a favourite scent of mine, theres other lush gels i prefer more. I thought it had a minty after smell to the grapefuit scent i got in the shower which i thought smelled a little odd.

Lush comforter body lotion sample- WBA as full size pot and already have done. This is lovely, a sweet blankcurranty berry smell. The lotion is a nice consistency - sinks in quickly and you dont need to use much at all.

Soft & gentle pink grapefruit deodorant spray- WBA this did the job and had a nice scent. I did find this one threw out a lot more spray dust? Is that even how you describe it?! Made me cough if i sprayed too much. Otherwise its nice though and did the job well.

Shandyclover- happy birthdat :) those original source shower milks sound very tempting! Must avoid toiletry aisle in tesco!!

    Hello all!

I see quite a few peeps on here are having a rough time of it, I hope all your various issues are short-lived and get resolved to your satisfaction xxx

We went suit shopping in the designer outlet yesterday and I made the mistake of popping into the Cosmetic Company shop.....I saw a Bobbi Brown empty palette for £4.50 and a choice of luuuuuush eyeshadows for £12.50 each, I love BB and I have to go back on Friday to collect the altered suit, would someone mind at least trying to talk me out of it?

DONT DO IT!!! What usually puts me off buying from there is that the display items always look mauled!

My ABC TSV has arrived so 3 INs.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Walk away - that's quite expensive for single eyeshadows - you could get a whole lovely palette from lots of other brands for less (and you wouldn't just buy a single one for an empty palette!) :)

A few ins for me, though I've not been too naughty, honest!

    - 2 x Garnier Nutrisse highlighting kits (on offer) - needed, will use one today/tomorrow, and another in a couple of weeks before my holiday. These are actually hard to find - got the last 2 in superdrug! Couldn't find any in Boots either.
    - Olay 2in1 anti-wrinkle booster and firming serum - I'm completely out of serum, and this was half price, so a cheap option to try
    - Nivea Soft tube - also completely out of nightcream (well, I have one, but it gives me spots, so relegated to foot cream), and almost out of day cream too. This is a cheap and cheerful cream that I know I get on really well with.
    - L'Oreal Telescopic extra-black mascara, and L'Oreal true match powder - had to get a gold telescopic mascara for a friend, and there was a 3for2 offer in Superdrug on L'Oreal, plus a free passport cover - so got the 2 extra things for me (my existing Clinique powder has hit pan), and she gets her mascara plus the cute passport cover :)

They looked good in my local one, a couple had been a bit broken up but not too badly.

I already have one to put in it, plus it may be £12.50 each but they are amazingly pigmented.

My OH says it's my money and I'm allowed to treat myself. I think he might be The One :D :rotfl:

UU cordisol mouth wash - will buy again but only when the last bottles used up

Found some batiste dry shampoo in the kitchen today (DD leaves stuff all over) - so this I've added to my list.

Thank you for the birthday wishes Gemzie!

I probably shouldn't be telling you this, but while my DD paid full price for them, I ran into Wilco today to get pet supplies, and noticed all the OS shower milks are on offer for 95p!

Barry M Waterproof Eyeliner - It was getting blunt and wouldn't sharpen with pencil sharpener or produce much pigment. I only had a little amount left and had to chuck it as it had stopped working but I got plenty of use out of it. I have another one of these in the stash. WDBA - this is a regular repurchase for me. I've found something that works most of the time and I'm sticking with it for now.

My current after shower body lotion is spitting and I'm making my way through the shower gel I've decanted from a big bottle. My current shampoo has a tiny amount left but it's still holding on. I also have a never-ending eye cream (can't tell how much is left due to white plastic bottle).

UU - Schol night foot mask, wouldn't buy again.. I'm going to use up all my hand creams that I don't like on my feet as this was the only foot one I had left!

I've realised doing this challenge, that the stuff I like I barely use as I like to keep it for best, trouble is I don't go out... so it's sat doing nothing.. eye opening challenge!
