W10 installation stuck at 99%

It's a Fujitsu Lifebook AH530, I've had it about 5 years. I suspect there's an awful lot of stuff on there that might not need to be
The Windows 'backing up' took about 4-5 hours late last night, so I do hope there's something there!
Each disc has 4 items listed: [name]-laptop (file folder); autorun set info; MediaID.bin; restore icon.
If I click the file folder, it gives me 3 options: to restore my files from this backup, restore files for all users of this computer, or manage space used by this backup.
Each DVD seems to have capacity of about 4.37GB.
Do you imagine that 13GB of data will restore 220GB?
How many GBs of RAM are installed?0 -
So it's working at the mo?

That's not a slow laptop. It just needs a clean up or a clean install. Better still, swap the HDD for an SSD and clean install to that. Will be super speedy for as little as £25.
Five to ten minute job to swap the drive. You can do it with ease if you have fingers.0 -

No it's not working. I gave up on it.
I kept getting the errors despite trying everything posters recommended.
Waste of money and I cannot afford to replace it...
