Hey everyone, We have had our offer accepted on a house we want to buy a few weeks ago. Everything is currently in motion, survey booked, mortgage valuer, solicitors etc. We only had one viewing and we made a offer quickly based on the amount of interested the house had (there seemed to be a few viewers, and good houses…

It's totally fine! It's a huge purchase. We asked for second viewings as we fell in love with the place and put in the offer that day but we were worried that we were being ruled by our hearts and went again. We still love it. Although the survey has brought up some problems.

But don't feel bad about asking to view again. It's normal!
