sorry I wasn't well yesterday. took a hayfever tablet which made me feel drowsy and I struggled to stay awake past 9pm. It did say can affect people differently although not drowsy...

I have 29 more tablets! I hate throwing away things like this....but I can't take them if I am going to get sleepy. I can't drive like that!

Have snuck on while at work to create September thread.

So sorry to hear about your reaction to the hayfever tablet, Aesop. Are you sure it was that though and you're not just tired from all the work that you do ? I know several people who suffer from hayfever (OH for one), so you have my sympathy:kisses3:

Well done on the mystery prize:T. I hope it turns out to be something really nice for you to enjoy or expensive for you to sell;)

Well done on the sale too. As I mentioned before, 2 of my 4 eBay listings sold but no success with the others. Not even any watchers:(.

Looks like I'm going to end this month just £2.78 shy of my target. Have run out of options to find even that small amount today.

I sold another book on Amazon last night but won't get the money until the weekend. Only a cheapie anyway.

Another month has flown by and for the first time ever I have exceeded my £10 a day aim with a grand total of £432.10.
I have had a few major survey payouts, bay of e, loose change, vouchers and one car boot sale to boost the pot.
Carbootcrazy I did manage the one car boot, but have since done two charity shop runs, may be lost out on a few pounds but so nice to have decluttered space.
This thread is so supportive in good months or slower months, I don't post as often as I should but always have a daily catch up on new posts, see you in September.

Lol.........its a really well organised event that they do around the country with some of the best tribute bands for people such as Oasis, Kasabian, Rolling Stones, Blondie.

Normally it is a one night event with three tribute acts but this one is the last one and ALL the tribute bands play over a period of three days.

Ive never been to anything so well organised......food stalls are brill and they dont rip you off with bar prices.

Taking a bog roll with me though as the toilets get a bit gross. :rotfl::rotfl:

    Woo-hoo - I made my target with a whole 16p over :T  :T

Went to B**ts and bought some shampoo and conditioner on 3 for 2 and bought my nicotine gum at £2 off. Then used £8 of points to buy some sun-screen for my hols (don't usually bother but the sun has been virtually none existent here and I'm 'peeley-walley' as the people here say :rotfl: ). Then made £1 on surveys today :j

Well done everyone for joining in and making some monies in August, some of the totals were quite spectacular :T

Hope you enjoy your fest KM - sounds awesome, especially some of the cover bands, but there was a bit tmi in your post :rotfl:

I keep meaning to ask those of you who do shop and scan, do you check your numbers weekly to see if you have won the prize draw?

A few weeks ago I was a few digits out from the winner..... I can't complain as I did win £100 from the main draw a few years ago.

Also don't forget to check their newsletter and consumer pulse newsletters as they have winner numbers in there. If you don't claim they don't notify you and you lose out.
