£10 claimed from the online sale of some teaching resources :)

    Hopefully this will continue!

  • Hello there, please can I join in too.

Homelife is a little hectic as I have two little people under 4 and 5 dogs to keep entertained. Freetime is usually spent pairing socks, batch cooking or triping over lego, however I shall try my very best to earn £5 a day whilst everyone is sleeping.

    HI all

Please count me in for £10 per day, thanks Aesop/Lynn.

I read the thread daily and have joined in for a few months back along. The advice and support on here is invaluable and I really need to pull my finger out for this month as a few annual bills are due for payment.

Good luck to all on the way :)

    Make £5 a day August challenge: £10.90/£155
  • Sorry, Lynne, but here I am starting off your first day as co-host with a query:o. Didn't mean to ignore you, Aesop:)

When I bought my new glasses I opted for varifocals (BOGOF) but am not getting on with them at all:o. They offer to change them for single-vision lenses if people don't like varifocals after trying them. I've given them a really good go of several weeks and went in today to ask them to change them.

Question is, I'm due a refund for the difference in price (varifocal lenses were a lot extra but single vision are included in price of frame). Can I claim this in my total please? I'm thinking 'no' as it's only my own money I'm getting back but thought I'd check.
  • Hello all, :)
Cant quite believe its August already.
Anyway - i'm adding 2.39 cashed out from Qmee
£2.00 off dorset cereals in vouchers (they are also on offer so saved 4.00 on two boxes)
aiming to get some stuff listed on FB and Eby in the next few days.
    Good luck all
Missing my money saving mojo. :o

Personally I wouldn't count it, as you've not really 'made' the money in any way but just, as you say, getting your money back IYSWIM :)
