£50 cheque from populus arrived this morning. I got one in April so 2 this year so far, definitely my best survey site with yougov a close 2nd.
    Jan £10 a day £326.75/£310
  • Nothing for me to add today but did my fortnightly visit to the bank withh bags of shrapnel to feed in the machine and paid £75.65 off the mortgage.

Think this takes me over the £1000 mark paid off since Jan and all thanks to this thread.:D

    Hi all
Not doing too well with money making and am majorly overdrawn but think I finally have been accepted for a small mortgage which will mean I can pay off all debts and the repayments are about half what I'm paying out now so hopefully things looking up at last.

Not so good on the personal front but I won't bore you with the details.

I have withdrawn £30 from a bingo site. This is all profit from playing the free daily game and the only money I put in was the original £10 and I got £26 ish cashback then. This is the second cash out I have made which I am really pleased with. Might try some other bingo sites through topcashback or maybe even some matched betting once the mortgage has gone through - have been avoiding this while trying to sort it as I heard lenders don't approve.

Have talked about doing a carboot on Sunday but not sure we will manage it as lots going on here :(

Good luck to those moving house. I'm sure you are much more organised than I was!

So £30 so far this month - oh and £1 refund from Amazon as Harry Potter book reduced after I paid for it, so £31

Well done on all money made everyone

Sold my much loved car for £750 today. I'll miss it but we really didn't need two cars and his work van. We've also managed to save £16 a month on the car insurance by me going onto his. So that's £766 for the house fund, as we're in the process of buying our first home, which will be more than worth it in the end.

I'm still going to continue to aim for a further £10 a day because we still need some bits of furniture and to save for the first load of payments.

Well done with the car sale - it's for the best if you don't need it :)
Do I take it that you mean you're going for £750 + £310 for this month = £1060 ?? Do you want me to change your target on challenger list ??

£1 today on back survey. Surveys are not bringing in much as I usually don't qualify once I have answered the first few questions.
Same here PB - lucky if I make it past screen-out. Lucky if I get 1/20 :o Still keep trying though
Won another bag of horse feed (yay!) - at this rate i can feed on horse for free this winter

And got my £25 swag bucks gift card credited.

Also signed up to reciepthog and shopitize (and got my first 25p)
You're doing well there horseygirl :T

Great work KM. Pleased to see you sorted the puzzle of them taking off your over-payments and they've not been missed. It will make quite a difference to the total you pay at the end of the day eh.

Good news on the mortgage front Sharon - be great for you to be able to pay off all your debts and not have to pay out so much monthly - fingers xd for you it goes through okay :)

That £31 is more than you'd have in your pocket if you hadn't made the effort so well done there :T
Good luck with the car-boot if you manage to get there :)

Hope other things soon look better for you as well - sending some big squishy virtual hugs.

    Evening folks

Hope everyone else is okay and still pushing ahead with their money-making efforts.

How's it going Aesop - hope you enjoying the holibobs. Any news on your hunt for another job or have you not had the time to look yet ??

Are you car-booting this weekend CBC ?? The weather is meant to be on the improve with some lovely dry, sunny days until Tuesday. Just mind you don't get burnt this week :D

The two MS I did last week-end are in 'pending' so should get those on 22nd. I went to do one today and the place was shut down - completely. Empty and even the fascias gone  Don't know if I'll get a payment for trying - I've put in a ticket and will have to wait to find out I suppose

So anyways - £3 from the tree people and £1 discount on coils for my e-cig so £4 to add for today. Loving the Olympics - just not getting much else done atm. Lucky it's only once every four years :rotfl:

Hope you all have a fabulous Friday

  • Well done on your moneymaking, everyone:T. Such exciting times for all sorts of reasons in lots of people's lives just now:j. Big hugs too to all who are feeling down at the moment :).
I won't respond to everyone individually as Lynne has done a brilliant job of that (as always). Thanks Lynne for your constant support and encouragement to everyone on the thread:A

As for your car boot question, no, I'm not planning any this weekend as we've various other things planned. Would rather do car boots but duty calls elesewhere:(

Lynne, please could I ask how you do your multi-quotes? I can't seem to fathom out how to do it, but maybe I haven't tried too hard:o

I too was wondering where Aesop is and if she is OK. Not like her to be away from us for so long is it?

Lynnejk, if you could please update my target to £1060 please, that'd be great. It'll be a challenge but I'll try my best :)
