  • Well done on managing to get through half term without spending. I think the nice weather really does give most of us a lift. Great you stuck to meal plan so far as well.

Isn't it lovely when the sun is shining and now it's lighter for a bit longer.

Yes definitely, I hate the cold and dark days.

Glad you had a great half term and well done on the no spending and sticking to your meal plan.

Sold some bits on eBay - £48 worth so I divided the money between the Nuba and savings.

    Morning,

It's Saturday and I feel exhausted! Kids are already wide awake and full of energy ... where do they get it from!

Food budget is still going well, I have about £100 left until 20th March but will only really need bread, fruit, veg and milk and maybe the odd other item. I have made a point to really stick to my meal plan and think about what I buy. We have still had healthy meals, I would say I'm personally not eating as much fruit as I don't want it to run out for the children.

I did well with losing weight again recently but have been really naughty over the last couple of weeks, that with lack of exercise = 4 pound weight gain:eek: hence whilst typing this I'm on my exercise bike :rotfl: I need to try and be good again as I feel better within myself when I'm a bit slimmer. I want to lose about half a stone to give me space to put on a bit when I have naughty weeks

    Have a lovely weekend x

Glad you doing ok on your food plan. Make sure you have at least some fruit as you don't want to get ill. I am trying to lose a bit of weight myself. Only thing which works for me is calorie counting and a food diary and regular exercise. Have a good day.

Calorie counting works for me too and is how I lost weight but as soon as I come off calorie counting ... the weight piles on. I just worked out that yesterday I ate about 2400 calories ... no wonder I've put on :(
