Strangely enough I’ve been making lots of soup lately and love it. I have suffered with headaches so wonder if it is chocolate causing it. I’ve been worse than chn and having choc cereal and then chocolate sandwich and more!!! I had a banana for breakfast today ( it’s a start).

    Morning,

I made soup yesterday to freeze to have as cheap lunches next week. I have just worked out how much I spent in January ( the items included in my frugal challenge) and the total is £442.60, this includes food, presents , two haircuts and other bits like one stamp, top etc. I’m quite pleased with that.

    Have a frugal day everyone.
  • £442 is good for all of that. Maybe lay off the chocolate? I moved from chocolate to biscuits but am putting a halt to that too.

Will definitely be laying off the chocolate, I might even give it up for lent!
  • Hope your headaches ease up, chocolate used to give me migraines so don't eat it as much now.

You're doing well on your frugal challenge.

    Morning,

I made some sales yesterday so will need to see how much I can allocate to the debt as I like topping up the savings as well. I have definitely been feeling less stressed about looking at my debt on my spreadsheets, it was getting ridiculous the amt of times I was checking.

I really want to start watching my weight again as I lost a lot and haven’t gained much ( a couple of pounds) but I can see how it can creep back up. Ideally I’d like to lose another 5lbs that way even if I do gain a couple of pounds I still have lost the initial weight loss! But I just need the motivation to do this, I enjoy food too much.

    Have a frugal day everyone.

Weight loss is always hard at this time of year , the weather makes you want to eat.

    Have a good a day.

I am trying to get my weight down too. Just cutting out biscuits, chocolate, cake, crisps and wine for February except for my birthday next weekend.
