I'm afraid the general policy is that they don't. If you return without a receipt you are now entitled to an exchange, not a gift card. You can always try it with the SA but CS say they're not meant to.

I agree as I took a duplicate present back the other day and they insisted that I had to choose something in its place there and then

    Points for total spending

Today I have tried to use 2 vouchers of total spending (75 points for £10 and 100 points for £15). It did work together. If you have more than one voucher, you can use them together. Thanks for new machines, as there is no name on vouchers.

I should have tried this a while ago when I can get double of them. So today I got 175 points extra for my £25 spending, plus 1,000 points from clinique and 750 points from parenting club. Seemed like I paid less than £7 for my 3 clinique items. Happy me

I have 3 cards, one in my name, one in my sister's, and my OH's. My OH got his card since June (I signed up for him), still no sign of any offer though.
  • I was looking at the 3 for 2's today in boots, they had a lynx vice gift pack with shower gel and spray for £4.99, just underneath they had the same size box with a free 3 month subscription to lads mags worth £23 and the same lynx vice/spray, guess how much?

    £11.49!!

I tried to get a SA to check the price explaining it wasn't free if I was paying £6.50 for it but she just didn't get it. Obviously not a MSE!!
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

  • Well i hope you are all not holding out for any good offers. Is it me or are they getting really poor.
